Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Status: Temporary, non-exempt, up to 40 hours per week

As an Atentern, you will play a vital role in driving our mission of inclusive economic growth in Tulsa. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship, contributing to green chemistry, lab analysis, physicochemical analysis, technical reports, and applications. You will support the preparation of the final validation of applications for a local startup, previously developed in Argentina. Having an Atentern with chemical skills is crucial to meet the business development goals of the startup in the second half of this year.

As the Atentern, Lab Analyst, you will:
Execute laboratory tasks with an unwavering commitment to quality, adhering to good laboratory practices and green chemistry principles, reflecting our dedication to environmental responsibility.
Perform laboratory analyses independently, demonstrating your leadership and deep expertise in laboratory techniques and showcasing your ability to work autonomously.
Conduct detailed physicochemical analyses of products, providing essential insights that fuel our innovative projects across various company verticals.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports and safety data sheets, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and that our operations uphold our high safety and environmental stewardship standards.
Develop and validate cutting-edge analytical applications across our product lines, from UV/Vis spectroscopy to HPLC. Your work will underpin our commitment to innovation and integrate advanced data management practices and AI to predict physicochemical properties, steering our company toward sustainable growth.
Compensation:
$15/hr for high school graduates
$18/hr for those currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
$22/hr for young professionals with BA or equivalent
$27/hr for those currently enrolled in a Master's program
$31/hr for those currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program
Our Ideal Atentern:
Graduates in chemistry, chemical engineering, food science, biotechnology, or related fields.
Students in their final year of relevant degree programs.
Previous experience in a basic laboratory for at least one year.
